The Lafayette County Bargaining Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the courthouse, room 202. Agenda items include discussion of salary for the director of nursing position at Lafayette Manor and possible action regarding hiring an intern.

The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the finance conference room at the courthouse. Agenda items include possible actions on items discussed during closed session.

The City of Monroe Board of Public Works will meet at 4:30 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include a second change order for the 8th and 9th street sanitary sewer and water improvements.

The City of Monroe Public Safety Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include consideration of special event permits.

The Green County Revolving Loan Fund Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at the Green County courthouse. Agenda Items include possible action on a loan request for Chuck Vierthaler of Grooming: Good for Dogs.

The Darlington Community School District Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the elementary /middle school. Agenda items include a review of a bid for high school bathrooms.

The City of Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 5:40 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include a discussion of financial concerns in regard to enforcing razing orders and possibly take action on two properties.

The City of Monroe Public Property Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include a closed session to discuss acquiring property for city use, negotiation strategies and purchase price.

The Village of New Glarus Personnel/Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the village hall. Agenda items include consideration of a resolution to revise the personnel handbook regarding personal use of social media.

The City of Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 6:50 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include hiring part-time, temporary employees for city hall.

The City of Monroe License Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include consideration of a temporary beer licenses for Green County Humane Society for Concerts on the Square and possible action on a class B liquor and beer license issued to The Roadhouse.

The City of Monroe Common Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the city hall. Agenda items include the mayoral creation of and appointments to an ad hoc committee for restructuring city government to ensure financial stability.

The Village of New Glarus Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the village hall. Agenda items include consideration of numerous street and park use permits.

Wednesday, May 18

The Green County Human Services Board Committee will meet at 1 p.m. at the Wisconsin Community Bank-Community Room to discuss a potential new committee called the Elder Abuse and Adult-At-Risk Interdisciplinary Team. Agenda items include the structure of the committee and the development.

The City of Monroe Public Property Committee and Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet jointly at 5:15 p.m. at the Monroe Fire Station No. 1, 601 W. 17th St. Agenda items include possible action on designating a location for a World Trade Center 911 artifact monument display.

The City of Monroe Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Monroe Fire Station No. 1, 601 W. 17th St. Agenda items include a request to host a volleyball tournament for the Relay for Life June 19 at Twining Park.

The Town of New Glarus and Village of New Glarus Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Swiss Miss Center, 1101 Wis. 69, New Glarus.

The Green County Technical Advisory Committee for Preparation of the Green County Farmland Preservation Plan will meet at 7 p.m. at the Green County Justice Center.
