The Green County Highway Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at the Highway Department. Agenda items include signage and a speed reduction request.

The Lafayette County Human Resources Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Lafayette County Courthouse Conference Room 202. Agenda items include discussion and possible benefits regarding supplemental benefits.

The Lafayette County JOINT Economic Development & Finance Committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board Room. Agenda includes consideration of Sheriff Department and Lafayette County Parks requests for ARP funds.


Tuesday, July 11

The Lafayette County Hospital Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the hospital conference room. Agenda items include a ground-breaking ceremony for the new hospital.

The Lafayette County Highway Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Highway Dept. Conference Room. Agenda items include bridge, maintenance, projects, equipment and employee updates.

The Lafayette County Board of Health will meet at 8:45 a.m. in the Health Department & Housing Authority Conference Room. Agenda items include an update regarding COVID-19 in the county.

The Green County Zoning and Land Use will meet at 3 p.m. in the County Board Room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on campground requirements, definition of a farm, agricultural operation and secondary ag use.

The Green County Land and Water Conservation Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the county board room. Agenda items include the Livestock Facility Study Group.

The Green County Agricultural and Extension Education Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the downtown courthouse. Agenda items extending the Green County Groundwater Trend data work.

The Green County Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. in the sheriff’s office meeting room. Agenda items include audit bills.

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the downtown courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of spending ARPA funds for highway department land purchase.

The Green County Committee of Committee’s will meet at 6 p.m. in the downtown courthouse. Agenda items include discussion of the SWRPC proposal for strategic planning. 

The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. in the downtown courthouse. Agenda items include banning Tik-Tok app from all county owned devices.

The Lafayette County Fair Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in the fairgrounds office. Agenda items include discussion and possible action of fair activities, including entertainment.

The Green County Pleasant View Nursing Home Board will meet at 3:30 p.m. at the nursing home. Agenda items include an update on the dementia stabilization unit.

The Green County Human Services Auditing Board will meet at 2:30 p.m. in the Government Services Building Conference Room 207. Agenda Items include action on audit bills for payment.

The School District of Monroe will hold a special meeting of the electors at 6:30 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Residents may begin signing in at 4:30 p.m. Eligible district voters will decide whether or not to grant the Board of Education the authority to purchase 70-acre B&S land for the new high school.

The Lafayette County Commission on Aging Advisory Committee will meet at 1 p.m. in the Human Services Conference Room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on the fiscal report.
