MONROE — Three teens face charges related to an April 24 burglary at the Cenex gas station at 2914 13th St., said Capt. Jerry Dahlen of the Monroe Police Department.

Nathan Parkin got into the convenience store after-hours by breaking a window and door while his brother Carl Parkin acted as a lookout, Dahlen said. They’re both 19 and from Monroe. Officers identified a 14-year-old Monroe boy as being a party to the crime.

Cartons of cigarettes, boxes of Swisher Sweets cigars and beef jerky were stolen. The total loss, including damages, comes to $1,353, Dahlen said.
