A public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1110 18th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin, July 13, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. in front of the City Plan Commission of the City of Monroe relative to: Request for Change of Zoning Petition – Parcel 23251-2301.1300 for address 2643 18th Avenue. The current zoning is One and Two Family Residential (TR-10) and request is to be rezoned to Duplex Residential (DR-8). Request for Change of Zoning Petition – Parcel 23251-0861.0000 for address 837 8th Avenue West.
