Subject to the requirements of Section 324 of Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986, notice is hereby provided on the availability of information collected under SARA Title III, also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA). EPCRA submissions and information submitted to, or developed by, the Green County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), are available for public inspection at the Green County Emergency Management Office located at 2827 6th Street, Monroe, WI. Inquiries must be made in writing and be specific as to the information requested in the files. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Information requested will be available within 10 business days after receipt of the request.
