His presentation emphasized the 2023 and 2024 BOD and flow levels for the industries. The council had the opportunity to ask questions about the study and its recommendations. 2. Discussion Regarding Industry Surcharge Policy Jesse Duff from Fehr Graham reviewed the proposed surcharge limits and outlined recommendations for provisions to be included in the new ordinance. J. BUSINESS PRESENTED BY ALDERPERSONS Alder Miller expressed gratitude to the fire and police departments, as well as Dick Marti, for their assistance with the New Year's Cheese Drop event. K.
