NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Dolores M. McCauley Estate (“Seller”) will sell through acceptance of sealed bids for the properties described below, subject to the following terms and conditions. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Real Estate is situated at 6210 Bondele Lane, East of Gratiot in Gratiot Township and includes approximately 190 acres, bordered to the west by the Pecatonica River, approximately 178 tillable, consisting of all or parts of GL5 Sec. 1; GL6 Sec. 1; GL7 Sec. 1; GL8 Sec. 1; GL6 Sec. 12; and, GL7 Sec. 12, all in T1N, R4E, consisting of all or parts of Tax Parcels: 16.0197.1000; 16.0198.2000; 16.0199.0000; 16.0200.0000; 16.0355.0000; and 16.0356.0000. Approximately 141 acres is 0% to 2% sloped, with balance being 2% to 12% sloped. Soil type is predominantly Boaz, Huntsville, Lawson, Sable, and Stronghurst Silt Loams; with smaller areas of Palsgrove, Rozetta, Newglarus and Fayette Silt Loams.
