NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION Town of Cadiz April 2, 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Town of Cadiz, on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. All terms are for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, which is the third Tuesday in April. Office Incumbent Town Board Chairperson Kenneth Goodman Town Board Supervisor 1 Brad Kaster Town Board Supervisor 2 Lance Fredricks Town Clerk Karen Signer Town Treasurer Kathleen Grossen NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a town caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices will be scheduled between December 1st, 2018 and January 1st, 2019. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 2nd and January 21st. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus. Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles. There will be a public hearing before the Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee relative to the rezoning of a parcel of land from the Agricultural zoning district to the Commercial zoning district. The current landowner is Bernard Duane and Kristine E. Byrne and is located in section 16, T4N-R9E, Town of Brooklyn, south of King Road. Rezoning is proposed by the applicant for the purpose of establishing an event barn. The Public hearing will be held in the second floor conference room, of the Green County Courthouse,1016 16th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. All those who are concerned or affected by such action are urged to attend. There will be a public hearing before the Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee relative to the following proposed Ordinance amendments to the Green County Zoning Code: Title 4, Chapter 3, Agricultural District, Highway Interchange District (removing the word wind generators from the Ordinance) Title 4, Chapter 6, Fees (removing the word wind towers for the Ordinance) The public hearing will be held in the Second Floor Conference Room, of the Green County Courthouse, 1016 16th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin, on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. All those who are concerned or affected by such action are urged to attend.
