NOTICE CITY OF MONROE, WI

A public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1110 18th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin, Monday, November 20, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. in front of the Common Council of the City of Monroe relative to: Ordinance Adopting Zoning Change – Parcel 2354.0010 address 1130 30th Street to be rezoned from Institutional (I) to Light Industrial (LI). Ordinance Adopting Zoning Change – Parcel 2354.1500, 2354.1400, 2354.1303, and 2354.1100 for address 820 W 17th St along with adjacent parcels – Badger State Ethanol, LLC to be rezoned from Light Industrial (LI) to Heavy Industrial (HI). Ordinance Adopting Zoning Change – Parcel 0425.0000 for address 1810 12th Ave to be rezoned from Light Industrial (LI) to One and Two Family Residential (TR-10).
