Resolution Approving Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for Property Located in Town of Clarno Motion made by Tom Miller and seconded by Mary Jane Grenzow to approve the extraterritorial certified survey map in the Town of Clarno. Resolution Approving Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for Property Located in Town of Monroe It was noted after approval the resolution needed to be amended to state Fehr Graham prepared the CSM for the property located in the Town of Monroe. Alder Miller made a motion approve the amended resolution, seconded by Alder Grenzow. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. Motion made by Tom Miller and seconded by Mary Jane Grenzow to approve the extraterritorial certified survey map for property located in the Town of Monroe. On a roll call vote, Motion Passed. 3. Resolution to Adopt a Public Participation Plan for Comprehensive Plan Amendments Sonja Kruesal with Vandewalle presents the purpose for the Comprehensive Plan amendments and the action needed tonight is to approve the action plan for public participation. The overall purpose for the comprehensive plan was reviewed. Zoning must be consistent with the comprehensive plan and future land use plan. The requirements are dictated by State Statute. The schedule and timeline was reviewed. Purpose for two future developments: 1. NW development 2. Badger State Ethanol Motion made by Tom Miller and seconded by Lynne Kleven to approve the resolution adopting the public participation plan for comprehensive plan amendments. On a roll call vote, Motion Passed. K. FINANCE AND TAXATION COMMITTEE 1. Resolution Approving Police Vehicle Car Camera System Replacements The proposal is for Panasonic equipment that will communicate and sync with all current equipment. Future computer quotes will be coming forward. Actual cost is nearly half of what was anticipated. It allows to use some of current infrastructure. Some current Panasonic computers will be kept for back up purposes to allow continued operations. It is confirmed the amount noted in the resolution includes the options detailed in the quote provided. Motion made by Richard Thoman and seconded by Lynne Kleven to approve the police vehicle camera system replacement project. On a roll call vote, Motion Passed. L. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS 1. Resolution Approving Quote for Phase 3 of Street Name Sign Replacement Motion made by Tom Miller and seconded by Andrew Kranig to approve resolution for quote of phase 3 of the street name sign replacement. On a roll call vote, Motion Passed. M. SALARY AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE 1. Resolution Appointing City of Monroe Clerk/Deputy Treasurer Motion made by Mary Jane Grenzow and seconded by Lynne Kleven to approve the resolution appointing the City of Monroe Clerk/Deputy Treasurer.
