A public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1110 18th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin, Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. in front of the City Plan Commission of the City of Monroe relative to: Request for Change of Zoning Petition – Parcels 0580.0000 & 0587.000 for addresses 1229 14th St. & 1311 13th Ave for residential development. This is to be rezoned from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development (PD).
