INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bidding Instructions 167 Acres, more or less Lafayette County, Wisconsin 20615 Country Club Road, Darlington

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Roelli Fertilizer & Chemical Co., Inc. (“Seller”) will sell through acceptance of sealed bids for the properties described below, subject to the following terms and conditions. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD: Real Estate is situated at 20615 Country Club Road, West of Darlington in Seymour Township and includes approximately 167 acres, bordered to the north by State Hwy. 81 and roughly halved laterally by Country Club Road, with 151.3 +/- tillable, in the W ½ of the N ½, and the N ½ of the S ½ of Sec. 10, T2N, R2E, consisting of all or parts of Tax Parcels 026.0170.0000, 026.0169.0000, 026.0167.0000 and 026.0168.1000. Property is 2% to 12% sloped. Soil type is mainly Tama Silt Loam with smaller areas of Worthen Silt Loam and Lawson Silt Loam. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD SUBJECT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LEASE WHICH EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 2019, and subject to all recorded Easements and rights-of-way. When the sealed bids are opened, and if the owners decide to accept the bids, the top two bidders shall be contacted and afforded the opportunity to increase their bid should they so choose, until a bid is accepted.
