MONROE COUNTRY CLUB STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS MONROE, WI

The City of Monroe will receive Bids in electronic format only, through QuestCDN.com, for the Monroe County Club Stormwater Improvements project until 2:00 PM Wednesday November 9, 2022, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes approximately 325 LF of stream stabilization and 65 LF of realignment of a waterway. Also including dredging approximately 3,760 CY of two ponds and approximately 245 LF of waterway, storm sewer removal and replacement, patching of existing roadways, erosion control, restoration and other miscellaneous items in conformance to the Contract Documents. Complete digital project documents are available at www.questcdn.com. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder. Input the QuestCDN project number 8313591 on the website’s projects search page to download the digitaldocuments for $15. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information and vBid online bid submittal questions. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). Bidders will be charged a fee of $30 to submit a bid electronically. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a surety in a form acceptable to the City equal to at least 5% of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER. See Instructions to Bidders. The City of Monroe reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids (consisting of up to: 60 days for issuance of Notice of Award; 15 days for Contractor to return signed agreements, bonds and insurance; and 10 days for City execution of agreement).
