There will be a public hearing before the Green County Board of Adjustment to consider an application for a conditional use permit and consider a variance from Wang-Bader Farm LLC, landowner; Rock Road Companies Inc, Agent: the conditional use permit request is for the establishment of a premises for the mining, storage, processing or transportation of non-metallic materials, including the quarrying, blasting, crushing or extraction of limestone, gravel sand, fill or other similar materials or activities. The variance request is to allow quarry activities up to the lot line (0’) vs. the county minimum of 50’. The land is zoned agricultural, and is located east of W6512 County Y, Section 20 & 21, T2N-R7E, Town of Monroe.
