A public hearing will be held before the City Plan Commission in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1110 18th Ave, Monroe, Wisconsin, on July 14, 2021 at 5:00 pm relative to the following: • Conditional Use Application – 132 West 6th Street (Kevin Genthe) for site plan changes. • Conditional Use Application – 1408 13th Street (Minhas Craft Brewery) for restaurant and outside patio The proposed conditional use applications and support documents are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall located at 1110 18th Avenue.
