SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID CITY OF MONROE MONROE, WISCONSIN 31ST AND 32ND AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 1 2025

The City of Monroe (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 31st and 32nd Avenue Reconstruction Contract 1 2025 Electronic Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by OWNER until Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1:30 P.M., local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly downloaded and read aloud via teleconference. The login information for the teleconference is as follows: (309) 205-3325, Conference ID 975 5938 3657. The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of 31st Avenue north of 13th Street, a portion of 8 1/2 Street from 31st Avenue to 32nd Avenue, and 32nd Avenue. The existing typical sections are rural and will be reconstructed to urban sections with new curb and gutter, storm sewer, and sidewalk. The total length of this reconstruction is approximately 3,000 feet. The reconstruction will also require sections of water main and sanitary sewer main replacement. There is also a section of 10th Street between 29th and 31st Avenues that will require pedestrian improvements where new sidewalk and pedestrian ramps are added. All Bidders submitting a sealed Bid shall obtain the Bidding Documents from QuestCDN.com. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive.
