ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 2022 Slope Stabilization Project Cisserville Rd Town of Wiota Lafayette County, Wisconsin

Plans and Specifications for the "2022 Slope Stabilization Project, Cisserville Rd, Town of Wiota, Lafayette County, Wisconsin” are available in the office of the project consultant, Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc., 560 Sunrise Drive, Spring Green, WI 53588, upon a nonrefundable payment of $30.00. The Plans and Specifications may also be obtained at the website of Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc. located at www.jewellassoc.com upon a nonrefundable payment of $30.00 for each set. Sealed bids for the contract shall be submitted via Quest online bid website, or hard copy bids are to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope addressed to Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc., 560 Sunrise Drive, Spring Green, WI 53588, Attn: Dan Tracy, Project Engineer. Bids will be received until 1:00 PM local time, Thursday, March 3, 2022 at which time all bids will be declared closed. Directly after the bids are closed, all bids will be publicly opened at the Jewell Office, 560 Sunrise Drive, Spring Green, WI 53588 and available on the Quest website for viewing.

THIS IS A LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECT

No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement within five (5) days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than five (5) days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time. The Town of Wiota reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the lowest responsible bid that it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Wiota.
