ADVERTISEMENT TO BID INDUSTRIAL PARK – ELEVATED TANK PAINTING CITY OF MONROE, WI

The City of Monroe will accept sealed bids for the Industrial Park – Elevated Tank Painting project until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the City of Monroe, City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 1110 18th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin 53566, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work will consist of paint repairs to the Elevated Water Tower located at the Monroe Industrial Park, 2920 North 29th Avenue, Monroe, Wisconsin 53566. The work under this contract shall consist of: Exterior paint repairs, Interior wet painting system, Interior dry paint repairs, communication rack, vent replacement and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Completed Bidders Proof of Responsibility forms must be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening. Bidders Proof of Responsibility forms are required once per calendar year. Bidders not submitting said forms at least five (5) days prior to Bid opening may be considered non-responsive and their bids may not be read. Blackhawk Board Member Positions Open

Applications for three positions on the Blackhawk Technical College District Board are now being accepted. Board members are not paid, except for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. In the appointment process, equal consideration is given to the general population distribution within the District as well as to the distribution of women and minorities. Employer and employee representatives should be representative of the businesses and industries within the district.
