Workshop helps women learn how to start small biz

MONROE - The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation is offering business education and financial awareness classes.

The "Yes We Can! Exploring a Small Business Workshop" will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22 in Room 201 of the Blackhawk Technical College, Monroe campus, 210 4th Ave., Monroe. There is no charge.

This workshop includes personal assessments, resources and information on how to take the first step in starting a small business. Take this opportunity to learn about the resources available in the State of Wisconsin to be an entrepreneur.
