MONROE - Monroe Sons of Norway will present a program on the Viking life at 1:30 p.m. April 12 at the Union Presbyterian Church.
Owen Christianson, who lives the Viking lifestyle, will speak on building his own Viking longhouse and on reenacting many aspects of Viking life. Christianson is also District 5 president of Sons of Norway.
A reception featuring Norwegian treats will follow. The event is open to the public.
