MONROE - Monroe Sons of Norway, Ostestaden Lodge, will meet at Grace Lutheran Church, Monroe, Thursday, for their annual Syttende Mai celebration. There will be a potluck dinner starting at 6 p.m. and a program by the Scandinavian foreign exchange student as well as games. All are asked to bring two dishes to pass as there will guests present.
