Paul E. Gebhardt, son of Ernest and Beverly Gebhardt, Monroe, was recently promoted to Major in the U.S. Army while stationed at Bryn Mawr, Pa. Gebhardt is a 1991 graduate of Monroe High School. He joined the Army Reserve and attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating from the ROTC program as a Second Lieutenant in 1996.
