Paula Vestin and Kristy Schindler from the Sexual Assault Recovery Program of Wisconsin visited the Monroe Youth Center Jan. 17 to talk about personal boundaries, bullying, prank phone calling and social media. The youth at the center learned a lot about how you should ask before doing, how to listen to others’ feelings, why picking on others is not OK, how prank phone calls can hurt others, and what should and shouldn’t be put on social media.
