MONROE - Party with a Purpose, formerly known as Festival of Trees, is set for Friday, Dec. 6 at Peppercorn Banquets, 1417 Mansion Drive.
Social hour is at 6 p.m. and a welcome, along with hors d'oeuvres, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Entertainment is by The Sweet Life Band.
The cost is $40 per person or $320 for a table of eight. Tickets are available at the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
Money raised through the event will be evenly divided between the following charitable organizations: Family Promise, Green Haven Family Advocates, Habitat for Humanity of Green County, Green Council on Housing and Homelessness Prevention, Monroe Theatre Guild and Sexual Assault Recovery Program.
