Papa Don's to hold GCHS benefit Saturday

MONROE - Papa Don's Horseshoe Saloon will hold the third annual Green County Humane Society benefit on Saturday.

This year's activities are a little different than previous years.

There will be pool, darts, and euchre tournaments beginning at noon. Nashville Americana/rock artist Brianna Lynn Hardyman with guitarist Doug Sies will host a jam session at 8 p.m.

Area individuals and businesses have contributed door prizes as well as gifts for raffles. There will be 50/50 raffles and door prize drawings throughout the day.

Door cover is $5 per person and tournament entry is $20 which includes cover. Free beer and food will be provided until it's gone.

All proceeds will go directly to the Green County Humane Society in Monroe.

Donations can be dropped off at Papa Don's Horseshoe Saloon, 1901 10th Ave., Monroe.
