MONROE - Monroe Stamp and Postcard Club will meet 7 p.m. Thursday, March 13, in the second floor meeting room of the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., Monroe. Discussion will center on Monroe's 150th anniversary and covers for this celebration. Also the club has supplies available to help people in collecting items.
