MONROE — The Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Avenue, will hold a reopening celebration from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24 in its remodeled library.
They will offer tours of the newly renovated spaces with an opportunity for guests to enjoy music by the Uke-A-Ladies, as well as some refreshments.
The library was under construction from Dec. 2023 through June 2024. An ambitious undertaking was to continue library services as much as possible while under construction.
