MONROE - First Baptist Church is celebrating its 51st anniversary on Sunday, Aug. 30. Evangelist Steve Pettit and Music Team will be featured in the 10:45 a.m. service. A picnic in Putnam Park, Brodhead, will follow the service.

The church is located at 853 31st Ave., across from Northside Elementary School, in Monroe.
