MILTON - Brianna Gohlke has received the Girl Scout Gold Award. The award, the highest award for Senior Girl Scouts, recognizes excellence in leadership, service to community, high achievement, and a commitment to excellence.

Gohlke's project was a prairie restoration project at Marshall Middle School.

Gohlke is the granddaughter of Gale and Carol Gohlke, John and Gail (Stamm) Roundy and Marjorie Heffner, all of Monroe. The senior and honor student at Craig High School is the daughter of Brian and Anne Gohlke.
