ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will hold its April meeting at 7 p.m. April 19 at 119 N. Water St., Albany.
After a short business meeting, Matt Figi of Monroe will present a program featuring slides and stories of "Monroe Area Pictorial History." The photos include scenes of rural areas and activities.
Figi, a member of the Albany Historical Society, has written several history books on Monroe and Green County and is active with the Green County Historical Society.
Refreshments will be served. The meeting is free and open to the public.
