Master Gardeners repay the tuition free course (there is a $110 cost for two huge manuals) by offering their services to the community in various ways.
The beginning master gardener program will be offered in Lafayette County starting in January 2008.
All sessions are held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, beginning Jan. 22 and ending on April 15.
