MONTICELLO — The Monticello Area Historical Society’s 29th Annual Membership Meeting & Dinner will be Thursday, May 23 at the Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse, Monticello.

Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the dinner at 6 p.m. and the meeting at 7 p.m.

Following the meeting will be a program by the The Heritage Players, a branch of the Monroe Theater Guild, called “Green County History Brought to Vivid Life.”

Members are encouraged to attend and the public is invited.
