MONROE - Christine Luchi, franchise owner of SeaMaster Cruises in Monroe, recently received her designation as a Certified Personal Cruise Expert during a seven-day networking convention aboard Royal Caribbean's Jewel of the Seas. This designation was earned through continuing education, testing, cruise line training, sales and experiencing cruises of varying lengths. In addition to attending classroom-style seminars and workshops, Luchi explored the port cities of Portland and Bar Harbor, Maine; Halifax, Nova Scotia; and St. John, New Bruns wick.
