MONROE - ActionNet will be hosting an informational meeting for the community regarding long-term care programs for individuals with disabilities from 2 to 4 p.m. June 6 in the second-floor conference room at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave.

Topics that will be covered include IRIS, ContinuUs, and the MA Personal Care Program.
