MONROE — Monroe Public Library invites children to pick up a Plant and Grow bag packed by Monroe Garden Club. 

Celebrate Earth Day by planting seeds in a peat pot filled with soil. Water, place in the sun and wait for green leaves to appear. Kids can grow green beans they can eat. 

Grow bags are donated by Monroe Garden Club.
