MONROE — The Monroe High School Junior Optimists are hosting their annual Prom 4 Pennies event from 1-4 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2024 at Monroe High School, 1600 26th Street.

At this event, gently used and new prom dresses and tuxedos are available for no more than $40. All proceeds go to Jacob SWAG Foundation, which advocates for suicide and mental health awareness.
