MONROE - The Monroe Public Library will present Slightly Spooky Stories, a special Halloween story time, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, in the library's meeting room. This is a change from the previously announced date of Oct. 21. There will be stories and rhymes for children ages 3 to 8, Halloween games and good old-fashioned family fun. Both children and their adults are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes. There is no charge for the program and no registration is necessary.
