JANESVILLE - The University of Wisconsin-Rock County Office of Continuing Education is seeking proposals and instructors for College for Kids, a summer enrichment program for students in second through eighth grades that will be held July 28-August 1.
Classes that are offered for students in second through fourth grade are typically an hour and 15 minutes in length and are scheduled each morning of the session. Classes for fifth through eighth grades are two hours and 50 minutes in length and may be scheduled mornings or afternoons for the session.
Possible course topics include, but are not limited to: science, art, dance, fitness, history, world languages, book discussions and music appreciation. Teachers may use UW-Rock County facilities including, the greenhouse, theatre, art studio, computer labs and classrooms.
