Jason and Andrea Elgin, Monroe, are the parents of a boy, Eli Michael, born Dec. 29, 2011 at Monroe Clinic hospital, Monroe. He joins sisters Kaitlyn, Jadyn and Alexis. Grandparents are Ken and Terry Elgin, Orangeville, and Terry and Julie Moss, Freeport. Great-grandparents are Ruth Elgin, Sylvia Nelson, and Melvin and Vanette Rackow, all of Freeport.
