MONROE — The Green County Historical Society will host its Annual Meeting at Lincoln Park at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
The award-winning water tower will be open to attendees afterward, with refreshments available. The public is encouraged to attend to learn about what the Historical Society is and does, become a member to support its mission and an opportunity to have thoughts heard, name added to the volunteer team to help with the events, or just attend and register an email for newsletters and current information.
GCHS will be electing new directors and are always in need of fresh voices for progress.
GCHS holds an open meeting at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the museum.
