FREEPORT - In recognition of Black History Month, Highland Community College is hosting Tecora Rogers in concert, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 in the Ferguson Fine Arts Theatre. Tickets are $7 per person. Tickets may be reserved by calling (815) 235-6127. Tickets will also be available at the door. This event is appropriate for all ages.
