FREEPORT - Officials from Highland Community College and EcoEnergy LLC will officially open the 5,500-plus-square-foot wind turbine technician training facility with a ribbon cutting at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, on the east side of the HCC campus in parking lot B. Tours of the facility will follow the ceremony.
