Phil and Linda Crist, Darlington, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sara, to Brad Burmeister, the son of Jim and Ellen Burmeister, Gratiot.
The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Darlington High School and a 2001 graduate of Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, Fennimore. Sara is employed as office manager at Ford Appliance in Mineral Point and Darlington.
The future groom is a 1995 graduate of Black Hawk High School and a 1996 graduate of Universal Technical Institute, Glendale Heights, Ill. Brad is employed as service manager at Monroe Heating and Sheet Metal, Monroe.
The couple are planning a Sept. 11 wedding at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington, with a reception to follow at The Sports Page, Belmont.
