Jim and Rita Prokuski, Monroe, along with Steve and Mary Hedeman, Monroe, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Kim Prokuski and Joel Hedeman. The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Monroe High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in May 2006.
