Highland Community College

FREEPORT - Highland Community College announced its fall 2011 graduates. These graduates received an associate of arts degree, associate of science degree, associate of applied science degree or a certificate in various disciplines.

Area students who earned an associate degrees were: Troy Tischler, Monroe; Laura Pisciotti, Orangeville; Samantha Snider, Orangeville; Adam Rodebaugh, Orangeville; and Kimberly Koeller, Winslow.

Ernest Strothman, Monroe, earned a certificate in basic welding and wind turbine technician.

UW-Whitewater

WHITEWATER - The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater announced its 2011 fall graduates.

UW-Whitewater's winter commencement ceremony took place on Dec. 17.

Area students included: Kayla Coffey, Argyle, bachelor of business administration in finance; Steffan Guilbault, Brodhead, bachelor of science in mathematics; Korinn Petersen, Brodhead, bachelor of science in liberal studies; Jarod Wichser, Brodhead, bachelor of science education in elementary education; Stephanie Allen, Monroe, bachelor of business administration in human resource management; Tamara Schulte, Monroe, bachelor of science education in early childhood education, summa cum laude.

MADISON - The University of Wisconsin-Madison announced its 2011 fall graduates.

UW-Madison's winter commencement ceremonies took place on Dec. 18.

Area graduates were:

- Jacob Daniel Steadman, Brodhead, bachelor of science in natural resources/soil science.

- Andrew Jacob Berger, Monroe, bachelor of business administration/business in real estate and urban land economics.

RIVER FALLS - University of Wisconsin-River Falls announced its 2011 fall graduates.

UW-River Falls' commencement took place in December.

Area graduates were: Adam Monson, Gratiot, bachelor of science in agriculture, food and environmental science degree with a major in animal science; and Meredith Smith, Belleville, master of science in education degree with a major in science-secondary education.
