DARLINGTON - The Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Grants and Career Development Committee are now accepting applications for healthcare scholarships for students pursuing a career in healthcare.
Applications for the healthcare scholarships are now available at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County.
Applicants must be a resident of Lafayette County, pursuing a degree in a health care related field, have completed one year post-secondary education, and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
The deadline for the applications is Monday, March 31.
Pick up an application at the Registration desk of Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, 800 Clay St., Darlington or request an application via mail or e-mail by calling the Community Outreach Department of Memorial Hospital at (608) 776-5731.
There will be five $1,000 scholarships awarded this year pending the number of applications and qualifications of the candidates. The final awards will be determined by the MHF Grants and Career Development Committee.
