MONROE - Several appointments to the Condemnation Commission have been announced by Circuit Judge James R. Beer. Richard Maliszewski, Monroe, has been appointed a commissioner, to replace the late Rodney Kammerer of Juda. Donald Amacher has been appointed a commissioner to fill the unexpired term of Keith Kischer. William H. Lanz, New Glarus, and Mary Jo Prien, Monroe, were reappointed as condemnation commissioners for Green County.

Condemnation commissioners serve for three year periods after their appointments. Others serving as condemnation commissioners for Green County are Marshall Zwygart, Monroe, and Wayne Albertson Jr., Albany.
