UW-Oskosh

OSHKOSH — University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students received diplomas in December during the University’s 55th Midyear Commencement. The degrees became official Jan. 24.

Local students include:

Brodhead: Jacqueline L. Conway, nursing

Darlington: Jena Lucille Foulker, criminal justice and psychology

Juda: Kylie B. Moe, psychology

Monroe: Amy C. Gogin, French and international studies; Megan K. Olson, psychology


Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

PRESCOTT, Arizona — Gabriel John Witt, Monticello, was named to the Dean’s List at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ for the Fall 2019 semester. To be named to the Dean’s list, students must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.


UW-Eau Claire

EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire awarded 670 degrees in December.

Local students include:

Brodhead: Brady Colden, bachelor of business administration, management

Monroe: Morgan Quinn, bachelor of science, biology; Tanner Thompson, bachelor of business administration, business finance

New Glarus: Matthew Hembel, bachelor of business administration, management; Cally O’Leary, bachelor of music education, music


UW-Whitewater

WHITEWATER — Marilyn Farias, Juda, who is studying Music at UW-Whitewater, plays clarinet in the wind ensemble, is one of the 53 students who make up the Symphonic Wind Ensemble at UW-Whitewater and who will be performing at the 2020 New York Wind Band Festival at Carnegie Hall in New York City.


Washington University

ST. LOUIS, Missouri — Grace Przybyl, Belleville, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2019 semester at Washington University in St. Louis.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.6 or above and complete at least 12 graded units.
