MONROE - The Whiskey Annie Band, featuring guitarist and national recording artist Gerald Coplien (aka Tipsy McStagger), and his daughter, vocalist, Shandra Coplien (Whiskey Annie) will be performing a five night, five club tour of Monroe to benefit local area food pantries.
The Five Nites, Five Clubs, Thanksgiving Food Drive Tour will start at 7 p.m. at Leisure Lanes on Tuesday, Nov. 18, then a different night club, each night, in the city of Monroe. The schedule follows:
7 p.m. to midnight, Tuesday, Nov. 18 - Leisure Lanes
8 p.m. to midnight, Wednesday, Nov. 19 - Sir Buks
7 p.m. to midnight, Thursday, Nov. 20 - Flanagans
9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21 - Ludlow
9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 - Pappa Don's Horseshoe Saloon
The group has donated a week off the road to perform in Monroe and benefit local food pantries for Thanksgiving. Patrons are asked to bring non-perishable food items to the shows as a donation.
There are no cover charges or fees, everyone is welcome to come and bring a donation.

The group performs in casino's, resorts and clubs all across the United States. Other members of the group are keyboards, Greg Breske, New Mexico, and drummer, Shawn Gliesman, Kansas City.
