DARLINGTON - Adria Braley has been selected to serve on the Fighting Against Corporate Tobacco (FACT) Youth Board of Directors.
FACT is Wisconsin's youth-driven tobacco prevention program. There are currently more than 6,000 FACT members statewide. Braley is a student of Darlington High School and is the first FACT board member to serve from Lafayette County.
As a FACT board member, she will recruit new members; implement activities and meet with her local elected officials in Lafayette County; and will help in the creation of a public education campaign.
FACT is part of the Department of Health Service's statewide tobacco prevention efforts and is locally coordinated by Southwest Alliance for Tobacco Prevention a program of Family Services of Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois., Inc.
